Request Account Deletion

You can delete your DiveVerse account and the personal data associated with it at any time, directly from the app - no need to contact us first.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the DiveVerse app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → My Data.
3. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, login credentials, and profile information (name, email, dive qualification, and any other personal data you provided) from DiveVerse’s systems.

What’s retained

Records your dive club is required to keep for accounting, safety, or legal purposes - such as event attendance or payment history - may remain on file after your account is deleted, no longer linked to your name or profile. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can’t access the app?

If you’ve uninstalled the app or can’t sign in, email app@diveverse.org from the address associated with your account and we’ll delete your account and data on your behalf within a reasonable time.
